The black tears are the outcome of her "disease". Her pain, her regrets, her faults.. spilling out....so much filth and so much sadness.... and only now she realize that she was this weak.

Before I go on about this portrait, it's not some MCR-emo shot. This shot is actually inspired by Chihiro Onitsuka's PV and song Infection. The song is about her constantly facing uncomfortable situations and negative emotions that is affecting her slowly making her weak . Thus they became an infection to her soul and her mind. I'm in love with this song very much.
(There are lots of interpretation to this song.. but I chose this meaning because I doubt it's about love)
